I have just completed 30 hours of lessons with Hyun Ku whilst preparing for the TOPIK 1 exam and an upcoming trip to Korea. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and enthusiastic—it is clear he truly enjoys teaching. The lessons are beautifully structured yet tailored to my individual learning needs. He creates a comfortable environment where conversation flows easily. Even though I cannot respond freely to every question yet, these discussions get me used to natural speech and improve my knowledge retention. Grammar points are always introduced in an interesting way and explained clearly. Outside of class, his platform, TodayKorean.com, is an amazing resource for recapping grammar and practicing reading. As a bonus, his cultural insights and recipe recommendations offer a wonderful glimpse into local life to help me fit in when I visit Korea this year. Thanks to his well-structured lessons and in-depth explanations, I could not recommend Hyun Ku any higher.
