My name is Denise, and I am a native German speaker and a certified teacher of German as a foreign language. Since I have learned both English and Spanish, I understand the difficulties of mastering a new language. My personal experience allows me to support you with effective learning strategies, empathy, and encouragement. Before becoming a full-time teacher, I worked as a project manager in marketing, which gave me valuable insights into the language and culture of the German business world.

Denise is clearly an experienced German teacher, and the best among several that I have had before. This experience shows in the clarity of teaching, knowledge of teaching topics, and structure of discourse. We identify and work on weaknesses, and Denise takes care to go beyond the comfort zone of the student without going too far. In my opinion, this is the optimal way to learn for anyone. As a teacher, the rapport is good and is established on clear communication. Altogether, I would certainly recommend Denise ahead of all other teachers I have had before.

Denise is an amazing teacher! She’s not only very helpful and patient, but also fun to talk to. I always feel supported during our classes, whether we’re practicing exercises or having conversations.
