Hi! I’m Lorraine, a passionate English teacher from Sacramento with over 18 years of experience helping global learners succeed. Holding a master’s in English Language Teaching, I specialize in Business English, test prep (IELTS/TOEFL), and dynamic conversation practice—tailored to your goals. Whether you’re preparing for a job interview, traveling, or just love mastering English, my multicultural background and curated resources make learning engaging and effective. Over the years, I have collated useful ESL materials which includes books, audios, weblinks, and videos to expedite the learning process depending on student’s current English level. In addition to that, I help students become self- sufficient by sharing real life language from some my interests which encompasses – trips within the US and abroad, cooking, home decorating, outdoor sports and activities , and major sporting events. I have a wide array of topics for discussion - politics, public holidays, life style in California and the cultural and social values of the US. I work well with students of ages 6-60.
My lessons are centered on individual language learner's goal. I make it sure I am using the appropriate materials for the student's current level. My classes are never dull as I make it as interesting and practical as it can be.我的教材

I drew up contracts and policies for Accident and Health, Casualty, Life, and Property Insurances.
