Hi! I'm Filipe, an English teacher from Brazil. I’ve been teaching English for about ten years and I work mainly with adults who want to improve their communication and confidence in real conversations.
I’m also passionate about languages and speak several myself, including Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, and some German and Italian. Because of that, I understand the challenges students face when learning a new language and expressing their ideas clearly.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy talking about culture, travel, philosophy, and everyday life topics.我的教學經歷
I have a degree in English and Portuguese and a Level 5 TEFL certification, along with around ten years of experience teaching English.
Most of my experience is working with adult learners who want to improve their speaking, pronunciation, and confidence in real conversations.
In my classes I pay close attention to pronunciation, vocabulary, and natural expressions, helping students notice and correct common mistakes so they can communicate more clearly.
My goal is to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable speaking and making steady progress. 我的課程內容與教學風格
My lessons are conversation-focused and adapted to each student’s goals.
We may use discussion topics, short texts, videos, or real-life situations to practice speaking and build vocabulary. During the conversation I help correct grammar, improve pronunciation, and suggest more natural ways to express ideas.
Lessons are relaxed but structured, and students are encouraged to speak as much as possible.
These lessons are ideal for students who want to:
• improve fluency and confidence
• expand vocabulary
• sound more natural in English
• practice real conversations
