I specialise in stress-free, tailored speaking practice—helping learners to gain fluency effortlessly.
With 7+ years of teaching experience (and 5,000+ hours online), I focus on making lessons engaging and personal.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me writing songs, books, or apps. I've travelled around 38 countries in 15 years, living in 9 of them, and now I've chosen to settle down in Northern Italy, near to Milan.
If it looks like I don't have much space on my schedule, write to me. I might be fully booked for a week at a time, but I can move some things around and find a way to fit you in.我的教學經歷
Before the pandemic, I was teaching face-to-face around Sicily and Rome (and became TEFL certified). I ran an 'English Conversational Aperitivo' in Milan before moving to Brussels to become a Cicerone (beer expert). When the pandemic struck, I switched to teaching online and enjoyed the comforts and possibilities of working in a relaxed environment and having immediate access to information. I mostly stick to conversational topics for my methods, as I've found the best way to encourage students to retain information is by talking about what's important to them.我的課程內容與教學風格
I enjoy my work. I find ways to connect with my students in order to create a working environment with as little stress as possible while maintaining a professional work ethic.
I correct mistakes in the chat window so as not to disrupt the flow of the conversation; I introduce vocabulary in context so that the brain has a reason to hold onto the new information; and I give personalised recommendations on how I feel you could study in your spare time.
If required, I will happily give you pointers on how to study effortlessly in your spare time.

I always enjoy my lessons with Sean. He is an excellent teacher and most importantly, a good person. Sean helps me to expand my vocabulary and use complex words, he encourages me to speak more and our conversations feel very natural and not forced. He always understands my mood and adapts to it.
