Hi! I’m Joanne, an experienced English teacher helping children, teenagers, and adults speak English with confidence.
I offer supportive, structured lessons that feel relaxed and encouraging while still delivering real progress. My classes focus on speaking, clear communication, and practical English, always adapted to each learner’s age, level, and goals.
I work with beginners to upper-intermediate students (A1–B2), including shy or nervous speakers who understand English but struggle to use it confidently.
The trial lesson is a relaxed introduction to assess level, discuss goals, and plan the best way forward.

As a teacher, I’m calm, patient, and supportive, and I focus on helping students feel confident using English. I believe learners make the best progress when lessons are structured but relaxed, and when mistakes are treated as part of learning, not something to fear.
