Paola Vieira

I love working with Paola! She is a wonderful teacher and very easy to talk to. She creates a comfortable environment where I feel encouraged to ask questions, and she is always patient and supportive when I do. She offers homework when it’s helpful for my learning but also checks in to see what works best for me. I really appreciate how she adapts the lessons to support my goals and learning style.

I can’t recommend Paola enough. In just 30 minutes, I learned more than I sometimes do in a full Day of studying. The lesson was incredibly effective. She’s very patient, explains things clearly and her Knowledge is impressive. She also speaks multiple Languages and gives truly smart learning Strategies. Paola was great! Timely corrections, gives you space to work out your sentences, and can help in English and Spanish as well if needed. Recommended!

I've just had my 10th conversation class with Paola and I'd highly recommend her as a tutor on italki. She is always really considerate and well prepared with topics to discuss, suggestions for films and series etc and adapts to the style I wanted for the lessons (more conversational with a few deep-dives into grammar or corrections as I go). It's always one of the highlights of the week talking with Paola and I can notice the difference in how comfortable I am in speaking Portuguese and my general understanding of the language. I highly recommend booking a class with her!
