Hi! I'm a 29-year-old student who is currently living in the beautiful city of Bucaramanga, Colombia. I'm passionate about science, sports, language teaching, different cultures and constant learning. Being a Spanish tutor on Italki has given me the chance to grow as a person and professional by getting to know lots of people and cultures from many parts of the world as well as different ways of thinking.
As tutor, I enjoy talking about a lot of topics such as science, sport, Colombian culture, the world's different cultures, gastronomy, trips and adventures.
Let's book a great lesson with a guy who wants a lot to meet you. I assure you a worthwhile experience.
I'm a very patient, kind, funny and open-minded person. My English skills and methodology make it easier to teach people who are just starting in Spanish learning and don't have yet the skills to communicate. I am also very respectful, educated and always try to do my best, which guarantees a good performance on the development of the lessons.
Lessons will be funny and very interactive by using all the material you need to get complete knowledge about the language.
My lessons guarantee an excellent and funny student-tutor interaction where topics of interest may be addressed by the student if they like (conversation). I'll guide and correct the student in a very good way to make the class pleasant and enjoyable for the student. Brayan is very professional and excellent at his job! He takes the lessons seriously, corrects quickly but gently, and explains the rationale behind vocabulary and sentence structure choices. Brayan encourages conversation and waits patiently when I’m stuck, but breaks things down when I need him to. I really appreciate Brayan and I’m learning a lot with him!

I have been working with Brayan for over a year now and he is the best. My Spanish has improved significantly. We spend most of our lessons now just conversing in Spanish and I feel like I can definitely hold a conversation.

Brayan uses a beginning Spanish text and real life examples to complete the lessons. His lessons are very structured and he provides a lot of support which he fades when you no longer need it.
