Hi, I'm Serene ! I'm a native English speaker from Singapore who also had experience living in Canada. I also teach on my own teaching platform so I have a ton of experience in teaching English, especially to students from Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Japan, Malaysia and many more.

I emphasise on how to communicate in NATURAL English effectively and appropriately with people in different settings in your daily lives - it's an essential life skill.

I speak 4 languages myself so I know that learning English (or any other languages) is not just about grammar and vocabulary. With more than 15 years of work experience in the corporate industry, mentorship and familiarity with business etiquette and vocabulary, I believe this will make our lessons more meaningful.

I only offer lesson to adults. (18 years old and above).

I require communication with new students before accepting new lesson requests.

The first lesson will be an introductory lesson to assess your English proficiency and needs.

A suitable lesson type will be recommended to you based on your level, learning needs & commitment.

I emphasise on active listening and letting you have ample chance at using English.
