I work with intermediate to advanced adults to build real confidence in English — for travel, work, and everyday life. Based in the Pacific Northwest, I'm a runner, hiker, yogi, and adventurer who believes new cultures and experiences are what life is all about. In our lessons, you'll explore conversation, vocabulary (slang & phrasal verbs), and grammar through topics that interest you. I'm casual and energetic, but can bring more structure when needed — news articles, grammar exercises, and reading comprehension. My goal: help you express yourself freely and sound like a natural. ⭐️ Native-speaker tips & tricks ⭐️ Resources tailored to you ⭐️ Real confidence for real life. Learn CONVERSATION, new VOCABULARY (slang and phrasal verbs), and GRAMMAR with confidence! As an educator, I take pleasure in conversing with my students and creating an environment in which they feel confident to EXPRESS THEMSELVES FREELY. By starting with topics that pique their interest, I can identify areas where they need assistance with their conversational abilities and help them improve. If students require more focused attention on grammar or pronunciation, I have a specific lessons for that. This is a more structured lesson-based class where I incorporate enjoyable news articles, grammar exercises, vocabulary building, and reading comprehension activities into our lessons.
