Hello! 👋 I am a native speaker of Uyghur and Chinese, and I’m fluent in English 🇬🇧 and Turkish 🇹🇷. Thanks to the strong connections among Turkic languages, I also have a good understanding of Azerbaijani 🇦🇿, Kazakh 🇰🇿, and Uzbek 🇺🇿. I have experience teaching Chinese in Turkey to students of different levels, managing three classes and gaining valuable insights into how to teach languages in an engaging and supportive way. This experience has helped me develop a flexible and practical teaching approach that caters to each learner’s unique needs.
Beyond teaching, I worked as a tour guide in Turkey for three years, sharing my love of languages and cultures with people from around the world. Currently, I work at a university, where I engage with students daily—an experience that has taught me to be patient, encouraging, and attentive to every learner’s journey.我的課程內容與教學風格
My teaching approach is personalised, engaging, and student-focused. I believe that language learning should be both effective and enjoyable, so I design lessons that cater to your individual goals and interests.
For beginners, I emphasise building a strong foundation with practical vocabulary, pronunciation, and basic grammar, using real-life examples to make learning relevant. I wholeheartedly recommend studying with Sureya. I specifically looked for a teacher who can not only teach me Turkish but who can also teach me HOW to study Turkish, and for this the teacher must be someone who studied languages herself. Sureya is an incredible polyglot who studied a few languages to mastery, not to mention a few Turkic languages, and therefore as far as teaching Turkish is concerned, her background is simply unmatched. Very happy with my progress
