Hola👋🏼 I'm Andrea from Mexico: a cheerful Spanish teacher excited to share with you the culture, art, grammar, and all the elements that make up the Spanish language!.
I am a certified Spanish teacher in DELE, accredited by the Instituto Cervantes through the Tía Tula school. Additionally, I graduated from the "Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán" with a degree in Business Administration.
Teaching and learning are my true passions, which is why I am also a student of English and Portuguese. I continue to deepen my knowledge of diving and always enjoy learning new things, like cooking traditional recipes from my country.

I am a teacher who values all the elements of the Spanish language: grammar, culture, traditions, society, art, and gastronomy.

I am specialized in online teaching, I have taught more than 3,541 lessons to students who are constant, so I will apply techniques to make online learning easier for you. My teaching method is the DELE method.
The distinctive characteristics of my learning plans is that I personalize them depending on the student's requirements and level of Spanish, that is why I like to work with students in the long term, to be part of their development with the language. In the learning plans I always include reading, writing, listening and conversation skills. The material will depend on the ways you prefer to learn.

Profesora de Español como Lengua Extranjera - Instituto Cervantes / Colegio de español Tía Tula - 2022Al obtener el certificado en enseñanza DELE, se obtiene formación integral que cubre teoría y práctica en la enseñanza del español. Se aprenden metodologías pedagógicas, técnicas de evaluación y diseño de materiales didácticos adaptados a cada nivel, desde principiantes (A1) hasta avanzados (C2); para aplicar en la enseñanza. Los certificados profundizan en la preparación de los profesores en: gramática, fonología, variación dialectal, el uso de herramientas digitales y la enseñanza a distancia.

I've been taking lessons with Andrea off and on for a few years now. I had quite a few other teachers as well. Andrea always brings her A game. Always positive and always prepared. I wish I could say the same for some of the other teachers I've had even if they were interesting a fun to chat with. If you want to improve fast, you can't go wrong with Andrea.

Andrea is the one of the best teachers I have ever had. Speaking Spanish makes me very nervous but she is so encouraging that I relax very quickly once the lesson gets started. She gives excellent homework that helps me improve. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to improve their Spanish and get to the next level. There are just some things a teacher can help explain that you can't get on your own.

Wow… Andrea is really pushing me to get better. I have never had such an excellent teacher. If you are serious about learning Spanish, Andrea is the best choice. She gives me so much to practice and think about between lessons. She is so encouraging even when I am making many mistakes. I can’t wait for the next lesson!!!
