Hi, hello! You can call me Damei. I'm a born and bred Beijinger who speaks very standard Mandarin. It's been over ten years since I started teaching Chinese part-time in college. My students come from many countries, including the US, South Korea, and Japan. If you want to learn Chinese in a relaxed manner, then I'm the teacher for you. :)我的教學經歷
I'm a part-time teacher with over ten years experience. My teaching method is mainly conversational immersion; everything will be in Chinese. I create study plans that match a student's language levels, abilities, and learning style to ensure a comfortable learning environment, which will enable quick and efficient language acquisition. During our Chinese language lessons, I also hope to help students gain a deeper understanding and love of Chinese culture. 我的課程內容與教學風格

大美老师的中文课非常好！
I was looking for a teacher to help me to practice my listening and speaking skills and Da Mei has been wonderful in encouraging me. She creates an environment where it is safe for me to make mistakes and then gently guides me with the correct pronounciation, grammar or vocabulary. We primarily speak in chinese and she simplifies her language to help me understand. I finish every lesson with a sense of achievement, having learned something new, and been able to put it into practice in conversation with her.
