Rocio Garcete

This is where Rocio shines; she is able to explain difficult subjects with patience. Today we went over the use of contractions, and the use of definite and indefinite articles. Specifically, we went over the use of lo and los in situations involving "que", the verbs "ser" and "estar", and as a condition. Talk about confusing but she was able to navigate all this with me. We also went over when and when not to use the indefinite articles un and una depending on modification of the noun, the use of otro, the use of que, the use of sin, and finally when to omit articles with specific verbs. Difficult but awesome lesson.

Really enjoying my lessons with Rocío. Nice mix of grammar and conversation. She is also well prepared with lesson suggestions. Rocío explains how to use Spanish phrases in different settings. Also For me Rocío is very good because she is from Paraguay and I plan to go there soon. She provides excellent recommendations and explains idiosyncrasies in her country
