If your child knows English but doesn’t always feel confident using it, you’re in the right place.
I’m Georgie, a British Primary School teacher originally from Oxfordshire, England. I help children build real confidence across English, including speaking, reading, writing, grammar, spelling, and vocabulary.
I’m a qualified Primary teacher (PGCE) with a Grade A CELTA and over 10 years’ experience, but what matters most is that I understand how children learn when they feel supported, capable, and calm.
My goal is simple: to help children feel confident and successful using English every day.我的教學經歷
I specialise in teaching children aged 6–11, particularly those who need more confidence, find learning English challenging at times, or would benefit from extra support building strong foundations.
Lessons are fully personalised to your child’s level, interests, and needs. We can work on:

⭐ grammar and spelling
⭐ expanding vocabulary naturally

Children learn best when they feel comfortable, encouraged, and capable. When they enjoy learning and feel supported, confidence grows naturally.
My lessons are interactive and engaging, using games, stories, props, flashcards, and guided activities that are adapted for your child. I respond to how each child is feeling and learning in the moment, keeping lessons focused while allowing space for curiosity and confidence-building.
Learning is broken into small, meaningful steps so children experience success regularly. Over time, this builds confidence across speaking, reading, writing, spelling, grammar, and vocabulary, helping children trust themselves as English learners.我的教材

Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Primary) - The University of Derby - 2017To pass the PGCE (Primary) at The University of Derby, you must complete at least 120 days of school-based training in UK primary schools, successfully demonstrate the Teachers' Standards, and achieve at least 50% in all assessed assignments. The PGCE leads to Qualified Teacher Status which allows you to teach in England.
