I'm Doris.I'm from Beijing and I speak Mandarin. I love cooking, traveling and watching TV series, willing to share the Chinese common people's daily life. No matter the real time hot spots in now or the traditional culture of the past, as long as you are interested in, can be a learning material. Because I think learning any language is to integrate into local life. It's actually to chat with the natives.

我的教學經歷

I am a language lover and can communicate fluently in English. Currently I am learning Japanese and Korean by myself, so I fully understand the difficulty of learning a foreign language. Learning with native speakers will help you get twice the result with half the effort. I hope I can help you improve your Chinese so that you can speak more like a native speaker. If you're beginner in Chinese, it doesn't matter, we can start from PINYIN.

我的課程內容與教學風格

I have a fairly flexible schedule, so you can choose the most convenient time. My teaching style: easy to understand, and fun. For beginners, I'll teach Pinyin and Chinese characters. If you're a high level Chinese learner, we can discuss the topic which you are interested in and I'll point out the grammar mistakes that you make.

It's always fun talking to Doris! She asks questions that helps keep the conversation going, sends most words as a message so that I can use the Skype messages to take notes on the conversation afterward. She also gave me a movie recommendation to watch.
