Hello! My name is Amanda and I'm ready to help you perfect your English. After receiving my TEFL certification, I began teaching English online. I also work as a news producer covering business, politics, entertainment, and more. I have a journalism degree from the University of Missouri and studied abroad in Belgium for a semester. I know what it's like having to speak a foreign language every day, so I understand how much of a struggle it can be. I'm a language learner myself, so I'm prepared to help you face any challenges in your language learning journey. I currently live in New York City with my cat, who sadly does not speak English. I love movies, books, travel, and theatre.我的教學經歷
I am flexible and able to tailor lessons to whatever your specific needs or interests may be. I pay close attention to detail and am happy to offer corrections and guidance. I care very much about my students' performance and improvement in both the short term and the long run.我的課程內容與教學風格
I believe conversation practice and immersion are the best tools for learning a language. My lessons will revolve around a certain subject that is interesting to the student. For intermediate and advanced students, we can have discussions about a wide range of topics in order to practice grammar, pronunciation, and listening comprehension. For beginners, we can focus on building new vocabulary and simplifying the rules of English. I'm also available to offer feedback ahead of presentations, interviews, or trips overseas.我的教材
