Hello! My name is Manon, I am a native English speaker from Wales in the United Kingdom. I have been working as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher since 2020 and have taught online and in person. Outside of teaching, I enjoy practicing dance, surfing, making music, traveling and cooking. I am open minded and love learning about different cultures and ways of life. I am here to help you with your conversational English, whatever your level or age! I have a TEFL teaching certificate and three years of experience as an online English as a Second Language (ESL) tutor, teaching students of all ages from various countries around the world. Additionally, I have in-person teaching experience at a language academy in Mexico and a Montessori preschool, which has allowed me to work with a diverse groups of learners. I take pride in adapting my lessons to meet the unique needs of each student.我的課程內容與教學風格
My teaching style is relaxed with the goal of making the students feel comfortable expressing themselves in English and free to make mistakes as they learn. Students can practice their spoken English through conversation based lessons and I will correct their grammar and pronunciation when needed. We will also build new vocabulary naturally as we go through different topics of conversation.我的教材

I started to do lessons with Non over two years ago because of my PhD and professional goals. The most important characteristic of the lessons with Non is that she's always interested in hearing the students so that they feel comfortable to speak and try their best. Non introduced the English language to me in such way that currently I enjoy a lot speaking in English, improving my pronunciation and learning about Wales, British culture and its accents. Currently Non and I are working focused on job interviews and in future we will go over IELTS preparation.
