Hello, my name is Silvia Gómez, Educational Psychologist (University of Barcelona) with a Spanish as a Second Language certification (Cervantes Institute). I have experience in different educational areas such as rural, enterprise, private and virtual education.
I'm a really empathetic and energetic person. I love nature, animals, traveling and dancing. Also, I love to interact with people and to learn about other's interests.我的教學經歷
I'm a very patient and empathetic person with a lot of facility to interact with other people creating bonds of trust with them very easily. I promote an active interaction with my students so they can develop the language better and faster.
I'm open to listen to my students in order to modify my classes so they can be more comfortable with me and with my method.

My methodology is based on the socio-constructivist approach. What is that? It is a methodology where the student is the protagonist of their own learning process. In this way, it is important to detect the current level of the student so that, with the help of an expert, in this case me, the person would reach their maximum potential as a learner. The ideal way to do this is by helping students ti give meaning to what they are learning. Therefore, I'll make sure that my teaching style is focus on your goals and your own pace.
Mutual trust is undoubtedly the key component during my classes since the student has to trust that the teacher is there to promote their growth and development.我的教材

Enseñanza del Español como Lengua Extranjera - ELE INTERNACIONAL - 2020Se necesita ser parte del mundo de la educación para entrar a este curso homologado por el Instituto Cervantes. En mi caso, psicóloga de la educación con interés particural en la docencia y en las TIC (tecnologías de la información y la comunicación). Fui capaz de realizar todas las pruebas, las cuales, están enfocadas en realizar una variedad muy amplia de actividades enfocadas al español. Esta esfocada en una metodología comunicativa y cognitiva para el aprendizaje de otro idioma.

I really love my classes with Silvia. She's very nice, attentive and very passionate about sharing the mexican culture. The classes are personalized and we talk about things I am interested about.
