I was born in Japan, grew up in Indonesia, educated in the US and currently living in Italy. I love traveling and hiking. In the past few years, I’ve been exploring the Alps and the beautiful cities and villages in Italy. I also love eating good food and meeting people!我的教學經歷
Teaching is my passion. I've taught in various institutions, online and offline. I have a lot of experience teaching beginner to intermediate students in Japanese and in English. I can help you improve your daily conversation skills and/or academic study. 我的課程內容與教學風格
I encourage my students to talk a lot during the lessons, but that doesn’t mean we will be just chatting. When the lessons is over, you’ll have learnt something new and be confident in using them in the real situations.
If you don't have any specific requests, we can use materials from textbooks to start with. I will be asking level appropriate questions, so don't worry if you are not so confident with your language skills.
Although my lessons are taught in its language, if you have any problem expressing yourself, I can help you in English or in Italian.我的教材

Today marks my 10th lesson with Aya-sensei. Every lesson has been an absolute joy with lots of learning, patience and discussions. I always look forward to our lessons & I am motivated to do my best in class.
Aya-sensei provides many ways of learning Japanese from quizes (often featuring very surprising, but always enjoyable character cameos from across pop culture), roleplaying scenarios to practice spoken conversation and reading and writing exercises.
I highly recommend Aya-sensei as your next tutor for learning Japanese!!
