My name is Ivana and I am 33 years old. My biggest passions are languages and traveling. I currently speak 5 languages and I am learning 2 others. Along with the languages, I love to explore the cultures of different countries. I have been traveling around the world for the last 7 years, mostly teaching English as a foreign language.
I am also passionate about writing. I love to write about the people I meet and the experiences that we share.
One day I will open my own school, where students from different countries can learn languages and write.我的教學經歷
I hold a Scientific Master's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I have been working as an English Teacher for 6 years already, teaching different ages, levels, and cultural groups. I have taught children from 3 - 13 years old in training schools in China. I have taught high school students in a high school in Albania. I have worked as a tutor of preparatory classes for Cambridge Exams in an Italian University. 我的課程內容與教學風格
I believe that the language is the bridge between what's inside us and the world. We don't only learn a language for scholastic purposes, but we learn it firstly to communicate, to interact with other people. And when it comes to teaching a language this is my first methodology. I believe in interactive teaching as the best way to teach a language.證書
Job Contract - ABIE SHANGHAI, CHINA - 2019I worked for 2 years in Shanghai, China as an English teacher for ABIE (American Baby International English) school, teaching children aged 3-17.

Ivana is very kind and supportive, she makes you feel really comfortable.
Before taking class with her, speaking English was for me, synonym of panic.
It had always been an impossible task for me, and I have never believed that one day, I could discuss in English with my friends and colleagues, like I do it now.
As a teenager I had very bad experiences with English teachers which make me dislike learning languages for decades.
Ivana is the first teacher who achieved to make me love learning English ! I'm far from being a good student and she is very patient and comprehensive.
I like her lessons which are well organized around various interesting topics with complete practice : reading, listening, speaking and writing.
Ivana is an enthusiastic person who makes of every lesson, an enlightening and pleasant moment.
Thanks to her, I think about learning other languages and I gladly recommend Italki to my friends and colleagues.
