Søren Christensen. Born 1977 in Roskilde, Denmark. Worked with morgage banking for 22 years.
I live in Istanbul with my lovely wife Carina.
I have since childhood learned English, and I had German for 7 years in school. I have learned Persian (Farsi) in about 23 years, and now I have learned Turkish in 4 years.
I love sports, food, traveling. I am aways reading a novel and a non-fiction book at the same time. So there is always new input to talk about.我的教學經歷
I'm a happy and enthusiastic person with a lot of joy. I know learning an other language is hard.
I have taught languages on a voluntary basis for some years. Danish and Persian.
I have the TESOL certificate (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Langueges), issued January 2020 by The Canadian Institute of English (CIE). This class taught me to use alternative teaching methods, and I would love to use these methods with you.我的課程內容與教學風格
Speak to learn - You will speak as much as possible, and I will guide you.
Instead of talking too much about grammar, we will do some exercises that train grammar, but you will also get the explanation.
We will also practice how to pronounce the Danish words, and I will make funny faces to show you how to train the pronaunciation.
It's your choice if you want homework or not, I will not force you.
I you are completely beginner, we will follow a guidebook step by step, but I will use different techniques so the classes will vary. I will also use a lot of repetitions so you can remember what you have learned.
Kids are also very welcome.我的教材

Soren is a great teacher. My lessons are more and more conversation based around my activities during the week or preparing for future holidays etc. Although I am slow, Soren is very patient.

Søren is a wonderful teacher who goes at the pace of his students and fits the lessons to their needs, I can't recommend him enough.
In the couple of months I've been learning Danish with him I feel that I've made excellent progress and I can always get feedback from him on any topic or trouble I'm having with the language.

Søren tries to cater to me as an individual student. There is no one-size fits all, which means that he looks at my specific needs and tailors the lesson to me as an individual. This is excellent teaching.
