你好！我是Darrell老师，北京双语教师，持有剑桥CELTA、高中教师资格证和国际中文教师（CTCSOL）三认证。我能善用不同教学法帮助学生突破语言瓶颈，我的学生中既有成人3个月提升职场英语，也有中学生半年内英语成绩提高20+。除了教学，我也热衷于羽毛球、武术、电子游戏和电影。我会尽我所能满足你的一切需求！
Hi, my name is Darrell. I was born and raised in Beijing. I currently work as an English teacher. I am a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English. I love badminton, martial arts, motorsports and watching movies etc. I am passionate about language, and I want to pass on that passion to everyone.我的教學經歷
我曾在多所学校任教，这让我积累了教授成人和中学生的经验。在教学期间，我帮助许多学生提高了英语水平，无论是为了工作、学习还是日常交流。我认为针对每个学生的不同需求采用不同的内容和教学方法非常有益，因此我总是根据每个学生的需求定制课程。我现在还持有国际中文教师证书，能够满足你的中文学习需求。
I have worked in various schools, which gave me the experience of teaching adults and middle school/ high school students. I helped many students to improve their English, for work, school and general purposes. I find it beneficial to apply different teaching methods for each student, therefore I always customise lessons to suit the needs of each student. I appreciate the atmosphere of a communicative and student-centred approach. Instead of just teaching the knowledge, I would involve learners in discovering the language. It's always a better approach to enable learners to remember and understand the knowledge. I can help you to improve your reading, listening, and speaking abilities.
