My name's Kaykavoos. My friends, colleagues and students call me Kay. I'm originally from Iran, but I'm living in Budapest, Hungary at the moment, completing a bachelor's degree in psychology. I'm into reading books, watching movies, hanging out with friends and going to the gym. I'm an easy-going person who loves learning languages. I enjoy cooking and ,occasionally, I play video games. I've been teaching English for almost 10 years now. For the majority of my career, I have worked with adult learners. I have had conversation classes, general English proficiency course as well as IELTS and Cambridge ESOL examination preparation courses. Although I'm laid-back, I value homework assignments because I believe they contribute to each and every learner's progress. I also make sure that my students get a personalized plan in order to learn what is best for them. My lessons focus on production, be it writing or speaking. I set an aim for my lessons and design the activities necessary to achieve that aim. I believe in communicative approach. Meaning that I value communication above everything else. I also believe that the language I teach has to be up-to-date. My lessons are student-centered. So, they're usually the ones talking, or writing. For my exam preparation courses, I focus on all the four skills (and Use of English for Cambridge ESOL examinations).

Kay is the greatest teacher I've ever had. I felt a tremendous lack of speaking practice, so I found Kay and he became the best teacher I've ever had. He is really patient, sincere and open-minded, any lesson we have a great conversation where I can share my opinion on some topic and he correct any mistakes.
