Hello! I'm from Washington State, USA (West Coast). I've just recently moved back after working in Malaysia for five years. I have four years experience teaching English. I love meeting new people. I'm an intermediate French speaker and I also speak a bit of Malay, so I understand what it's like to be a language student too! My other interests are playing with my cat, hiking, reading books, playing video games, traveling, and watching TV shows.

As someone who loves stories and learning about others, I enjoy doing conversational practice with my students. Reading and keeping up-to-date with what's going on in the world is my passion, so I can provide you with an endless amount of unique topics in all areas.
I'm an easy-going and patient person with an open mind. I'm also familiar with various speaking exam formats, including IELTS.
I speak with a North American accent (West Coast), and can adapt my language to whatever level you are at.
I can provide you with material including news articles, story excerpts, audio files, and lesson worksheets. I will also provide and correct homework if requested.我的課程內容與教學風格
I'm a firm believer in student-focused learning. In the beginning we will discuss your goals and learning style, then go from there. You can decide at what pace you'd like to go and how much correction you'd want from me.我的教材

I really enjoyed the class with Kasey. My goal of taking her class is to improve my American accent and to get the feedback on my speaking. She did excellent job on both and also provided customized guideline for my future classes. I am looking forward to having more classes with her.

What I experienced with Kasey is that I find the her as a very chill and fun teacher to be with. She discussed a lot of points and while we are having a conversation she immediately pointed out my weaknesses and plans on how to address on sections that I struggled.
The whole session is awesome and I really recommend her.
