I loved my first two lessons. They were very much centred on my skill level and my needs and gave me a lot of opportunities to practice listening comprehension and talking. Issaiyanee prepared materials to give me the basic vocabulary and some topics to talk about, which was very helpful. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a teacher to learn Mauritian Creole and Issaiyanee met all my expectations. During the trial lesson, she showed me the tools that she uses to teach grammar and vocab, and I also shared my interests to ensure that we have sufficient topics to discuss. Although my comprehension of Mauritian Creole is excellent, my spoken creole is very very poor as I have never learnt it and I confuse it with French. With Issaiyanee's background, I am certain that my Mauritian creole will improve and I will finally be able to speak creole.
