My first lesson with Sarah was awesome and I’m already looking forward to more! She was very patient as I struggled through my speaking and most importantly, gently corrected my errors or helped me find the right words in French. She recommended a lot of great resources to improve my listening comprehension and I can’t wait for my next lesson!

Even though it was my first lesson, I felt like I could trust Sarah right from the beginning! It was great to know that Sarah had her own ways how to approach lessons, scheduling the lessons, approaching each student differently based on their level. Already in the first lesson, Sarah gave me very useful information about other websites I could learn the language. Will definitely come back :)

Sarah was very friendly and I appreciated the structure of my first trial lesson, which made me see how professional she was. She asked me questions and we did some exercises to assess my level of French, so she could see how to adapt her lessons with me. I liked seeing a shared document where we she wrote notes and shared links with me. I think her professionalism and structured approach, as well as easy-going, kind nature, is a good fit for my needs.

Love Sarah’s approach in encouraging you speak without feeling embarrassed and gently correcting all your errors both verbally and in written. I’ve taken three courses with Alliance Francaise both in the States and abroad and Sarah is just as good as any instructors in this excellent organization.
