My name is Joanna, a Polish and English language teacher from Warsaw, Poland. I started teaching languages 7 years ago and I made it my career simply because I love it. I'm a TEFL certified teacher with true passion for teaching and sharing my knowledge with others. Before I started teaching I worked in Sales and lived in London, the UK. Three years had passed and I decided to travel to Taiwan. I started working for an English language Institute in Taipei City in Taiwan. After two years in Taiwan I moved back to Warsaw, Poland where I work an English and Polish language teacher until now.我的教學經歷
I'm very patient and friendly so even if you are shy and don't speak the language fluently after a few classes with me you will definitely feel more confident.
My specialty is teaching Conversation and Pronunciation classes. I enjoy working with adult learners and offer lessons from A2 beginner to C1 advanced level 我的課程內容與教學風格
I keep my classes fun by asking lots of questions, that means you get to practice a lot of speaking! I use the communicative approach as that's the main reason people learn other languages. Because of my experience, I know a lot of grammar and how to explain points and concepts clearly.
My students enjoys watching Ted videos and then discussing the main concepts with me. I also do dialogue reading to expand your vocabulary and improve speaking and listening skills.我的教材

Today was a great lesson because I have been absent for a bit and asked Professor Joanna if we could do a big refresher. She was happy to agree and we went quickly while also always learning new words. I am always grateful for her patience with me!!
