Degree holder and Certified TESOL teacher with 5 years of experience and a Waray tutor Hi! I’m Jead, a certified TESOL teacher from the sunny Philippines. With 5 years of experience, I specialize in Conversational English and Waray lessons, helping students speak confidently. Fluent in 4 languages (including Thai—I’ve been a learner too!), I understand the challenges of language learning. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me by the ocean collecting seashells or baking (mistakes in the kitchen? Just like language—practice makes perfect!). Let’s turn your language goals into reality—one conversation at a time. I am very kind and patient. I am not a strict teacher. I know what it means to study a new language because I had to learn Thai when I was in Thailand for 2 years as an English teacher and I also speak 4 languages namely English, Filipino/Tagalog, Cebuano and Waray. I make sure that my students understand that it is okay to make mistakes because it is part of learning, however I also want them to do their best and practice what they are learning. My style is very easy and understandable. I specialize in Free Talking, Conversational English, Vocabulary and Pronunciation. I use ESL Discussion Materials and articles in my class. The students get to apply their learning in a real life scenario. I mainly offer lessons to intermediate to advanced adult learners.
