I'm Cahyo, a native speaker of Javanese and Indonesian. I earned a bachelor’s degree in English. Over the past nine years, I have been involved in various professional activities, including Javanese Wikipedia community management, translation, and teaching language. I love reading books, learning languages, walking in nature, and volunteering on Wikipedia.我的教學經歷
I hold a bachelor's degree in English literature, and I have experience teaching Javanese both online and in person. My teaching philosophy is centered around creating an engaging learning environment for my students. I believe that learning a new language should be an enjoyable experience, and I strive to make my lessons as interactive and dynamic as possible. I'm passionate about helping my students achieve their language learning goals, and I'm committed to providing instruction that is both effective and enjoyable. My lessons will cover topics ranging from daily conversation in ngoko (casual language) and krama (formal language) to reading Javanese in the alphabet and hanacaraka (the Javanese alphabet). I have been taking lessons from Mas Cahyo for a year now and I am very satisfied. I am now more confident with my Javanese language.
We always have fun during the lessons. Mas Cahyo always uses the Javanese language even though I sometimes speak in English. JEMPOL 👍

Aku samben duwe klas. aku ngomong jawa karo mas Cahyo. Bahasa jawa luwe suwe luwe lancar. Mas Cahyo force me to use javanese language during the class. That is way i improve alot.

I am very happy with my first lesson with Cahyo. Although I am not a total beginner I felt I learned a lot in just one lesson. He is very calm and friendly and he put me at ease. He is very knowledgeable and I can tell that he has a passion for his language which he told me he has studied in depth at university level. He explained the expressions and the grammar in a simple way without over-emphasizing in details. Very good teacher overall!
