We are very lucky with Nici. My daughter is just barely three, and it's so great that the teacher has a good instinct for working with such a little kid: she's always ready to follow her lead, and go with whatever direction things take. She managed to connect with her right from the first lesson! Plus, my daughter already understands English pretty well even though she doesn't speak English yet, and that also calls for a totally different approach. Not many teachers have a feel for that.
