She explains everything clearly and can help you with any questions you have. If I need help remembering a word or understanding something, she is patient and doesn’t try to push too much words to remember. She works really well with whatever you enjoy. I would highly recommend!

Elena is always prepared and professional. We use different materials such as pictures, songs, and video clips. We read a poem and sing a song together. ♥ She is always supportive and encouraging!

My teacher was really amazing and took the effort to have a class as soon as possible, review my current russian and expand on my strengths, and highlight my weaknesses. English from her was perfect, as we practiced through interactive drawings on the whiteboard, graphs, arrows and more visuals. Highly recommended and thank you so much for the lesson!

У меня был очень приятный урок с Еленой. Я впервые за много лет снова говорила по-русски, она была очень терпеливой, поддерживала разговор и давала мне спокойно говорить. Мы смотрели очень короткие видео, а потом обсуждали их. Она записывала в чате все слова, которые я не знала. В целом я чувствовала себя очень комфортно и не боялась делать ошибки; я была уверена, что она меня исправит. В общем, урок мне очень понравился, спасибо!

She was really kind, and very patient with me. I told her that I severely struggled with pronouncing the Russian letter “Р”, and she planned an entire lesson about practicing pronouncing words containing that letter and gave me advice on proper tongue placement to try to pronounce the sound correctly.
