🙋♀️Hi! I’m Julieta, from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I've studied literature at the University of Buenos Aires and have over eight years of experience teaching Spanish as a second language.
✅I spent two years working at a Spanish school, teaching both group and private lessons, and later taught business-oriented Spanish at a multinational company. I’ve also had the rewarding challenge of working with children aged 3 to 12.
✅I believe that teaching is, above all, about listening: understanding each student’s goals and designing lessons that truly fit their needs.

Thanks to my background in literature, I have a solid grasp of Spanish grammar, as well as experience in text editing and proofreading.
As a teacher, I aim to create a relaxed and supportive classroom environment—one where students feel comfortable speaking up and asking questions without fear of making mistakes. I understand how challenging it can be to learn a new language, which is why I always try to connect with each student individually. I take the time to learn about their goals, needs, and interests so we can make the most out of every class.
My goal is to make learning both approachable and enjoyable—because it really doesn’t have to be painful! 我的課程內容與教學風格
My classes are designed for learners of all levels and backgrounds. In our first lesson, I take the time to chat with each student to figure out the best approach moving forward. I believe grammar is a key part of learning a language—but so are conversation and culture. I love recommending movies, books, and music, since they’re amazing tools for building vocabulary and improving speaking skills.
I develop my own teaching materials, which include grammar, listening, writing, and translation exercises. As I get to know each student, I tailor the content to suit their specific needs and interests.
I’m patient and committed, and I always aim to make lessons engaging, clear and meaningful.我的教材

Julieta is by far the best Spanish teacher I have ever had. I have had more than 50 classes with her so far, which reflects how much I value and enjoy our sessions. She is highly organised, consistently well prepared, and brings a thoughtful structure to every lesson. At the same time, she makes learning genuinely enjoyable, with creative and engaging exercises that make learning Spanish fun and never boring. She has an impressive depth of knowledge and explains things clearly and intuitively. I have made significant progress with her and would recommend her without hesitation. She is the best!

Julieta is the best Spanish teacher I have ever had. I started having regular conversations with her in the months leading up to my wedding. My goal was to improve my Spanish to be a better host to my many Spanish-speaking family members. Because of her, I was able to achieve so much more. I could accept their advice and well wishes, and understand them on a much deeper level than I had previously. Her guidance and coaching enabled me to have these cherished memories, and for that, I will always be grateful.
Before her, I thought I would never break out of the listen-a-lot, speak-a-little zone. I’ve been surrounded by Spanish speakers my whole life, and I figured that if I didn’t learn as a kid, my window had passed. But Julieta’s talents helped me unlock new capabilities and gain confidence in my skills. It’s made a huge difference in my life to have someone as patient and persistent as her. I am constantly surprised by my growth.

With me Julieta adopts a very collaborative and coaching style that really helps me towards my goals and suits my learning style. Everyone has different learning needs and styles, Julieta is #1 for me mainly because we can go from "formal grammar lessons" (which I love) to analysis and discussion of classic stories/books/poems and even editing of my own creative writing. Highly recommended.
