Shalom! My name is Naomi and I live in Jerusalem. I'm a Hebrew teacher with years of experience teaching at various institutions, including the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I also hold an MA in Linguistics, which deepens my understanding of language structure and enables me to explain complex linguistic concepts in Hebrew more effectively.
As a teacher, I'm passionate about helping my students improve their language skills and gain a deeper appreciation for Hebrew, its rich history, and Israeli culture. I believe that learning a language should be an enjoyable and engaging experience, and I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment in every lesson.我的教學經歷
As a teacher, I endeavor to be patient, supportive, and enthusiastic about helping my students learn Hebrew. My passion for languages in general fuels my approach to teaching, which emphasizes speaking, writing, and listening assignments from the very first lesson. I believe that anyone can learn Hebrew with the right guidance and motivation, and I'm excited to dive into the language with you!我的課程內容與教學風格
My teaching style is personalized, with a focus on understanding each student's unique goals and interests. By tailoring my lessons to students' individual needs, I aim to make learning Hebrew a fun and engaging experience. To facilitate this, I use Google Docs to create a virtual notebook where students can keep track of their progress and access additional resources outside of class. My goal is to make learning Hebrew as accessible and enjoyable as possible, and I look forward to working with you!

Amazing Hebrew teacher! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and organized. We stayed in Hebrew the entire time, but she wasn't shy to use English now and then to clarify. Google doc with examples of sentences / structures we discussed. Outstanding.

My introductory lesson with Naomi went very well. After a nice conversation to get to know each other and discuss my goals, she gave me a couple exercises to try. She was very patient and encouraging, and I will be looking forward to our next lessons.

My first class with Naomi was great! I didn't know what to expect, and I was actually quite nervous. However, we got right to work and it felt great to get back to learning Hebrew. I can't wait for next time!
