If you don't see a time that works for you, please contact me and we can try to find another time that works. I'm starting University, so it's difficult to schedule in advance. Hi everyone! I am an American University student and a community tutor here on iTalki. I love to sing, do theater, dance, read, travel, and work with kids! I specialize in teaching kids here on iTalki :) I love meeting people from around the world and learning new languages and cultures! I think that learning a foreign language is one of the best ways to become a smarter, more worldly, and empathetic person, and I am so happy to be able to help you all in your journey to improving your English!

我的教學經歷

It's really important to me that my students feel that these lessons are a safe space where they can make mistakes, ask questions and, most importantly, improve! I know how nerve-wracking it can sometimes be to practice your target language with a native speaker, but I am supportive, patient and helpful and want to help you to become as fluent in English as possible! I have a lot of experience working with kids, and offer lessons specifically targeted towards kids ages 6-12, as well as conversations that can be tailored to teenagers and university students!

我的課程內容與教學風格

My lessons are mostly conversation-based; each class, I'll have you tell me about how you are that day and what you did that week, and then I'll continue to prompt you with conversation questions and topics from there! I will introduce slang, sayings and phrases, cultural references and idioms into conversation as well, depending on the student's age and ability levels. I also might assign reading and writing practice occasionally, as well as optional movie and book reccomendations, should the student express interest. Overall, I want my classes to be fun, helpful, and tailored to your individual needs!
