Hey! I’m Clémentine. I grew up bilingual — I’m a native FR and PT speaker, and I started learning English at the age of 10. Since then, English has become a natural part of my life.
I’m also learning IT 🇮🇹, RU 🇷🇺, and DE 🇩🇪, so I truly understand the challenges (and the fun!) of learning new languages.
🌍 Languages have shaped my life since childhood, and now I love sharing this passion with my students through conversation practice, cultural exchange, and real-life communication.
My students consider me a patient, dynamic, and positive tutor. They often describe my lessons as relaxed, engaging, and encouraging, where they feel comfortable to speak without pressure.
In our classes, we focus on conversation practice. For me, learning a language is not only about grammar and vocabulary, but also about sharing cultures and perspectives.
🌍 Breaking language barriers is inspiring — but the most rewarding part of my work is seeing students grow in confidence and fluency.

My lessons are based on a simple Question & Answer method: I ask, you answer — then you ask, and I answer. This creates a natural flow and helps you practice real communication.

In the handful of months that I’ve had the pleasure of taking classes with Clementine, I’ve come to know her as a very kind and welcoming person who is incredibly good at what she does. I took both French and Portuguese classes with her, and both were a struggle for me in the beginning. Luckily, I had Clementine to help me through the initial difficult phase of starting to speak a new language. I would highly recommend her as a teacher because, in addition to all of the above, she is also a fervent language learner herself and has done more language learning than most of us could ever dream of. This is why she truly understands the student’s perspective, which differentiates her from most other teachers. It was a pleasure taking classes with her.
