◆Hola a todos. Soy japonesa y originaria de Sapporo. Me encanta viajar. Aparte de viajar, mis hobbies han cambiado con la edad. Me gustaba la guitarra, el español, la salsa, los blogs, el karaoke y ahora me gusta cocinar. Empecé a estudiar seriamente inglés a los 60 años. Aunque todavía hablo poco, "Nunca es demasiado tarde", creo yo.
◇Hi everyone. I'm Japanese from Sapporo. I love traveling. Aside from traveling, my hobbies have changed with age. Playing guitar, learning Spanish, dancing salsa, blogging, doing karaoke and now cooking. I seriously started to study English at the age of 60. Although I still can’t speak much, "It is never too late", I think.我的教學經歷
I became a certified Japanese teacher in 2014. Since then, I have gained a lot of experience teaching including at a language school in Mexico, and more recently online (italki). Now I work at a language school in my hometown, in addition to italki. I love sharing my passion for learning languages and helping my students improve. I have met several excellent students on italki, and I think that by getting to know each other over time, we can personalize your classes.

I recommend using a textbook to study Japanese grammar systematically, and I also use my own teaching materials with illustrations for the beginner level. The conversation practice course is open to all levels and the goal is to have a natural and real conversation.
Basically, I use Japanese in classes as the direct method, ※ but if you are a Spanish speaker, and you are a complete beginner, I will be able to support you in Spanish.
日本語文法を体系的に学ぶには教科書を使うことをお勧めしますが、初級レベルではイラスト入りの自作教材も使用します。 会話練習コースはどのレベルの方もOKで、自然な本物の会話をすることが目標です。
基本的に、授業は日本語だけを使う直接法ですが、※スペイン語話者で初心者の方はスペイン語でサポートさせていただきます。

I really like my lessons with Oyeko Sensei. It's really easy to have a conversation with her, and when she is explaining new grammar or vocabulary, she explains with easy examples and relatable situations. She is also very patient.

Oyeko-san was very easy to talk with and helpful. She is the first italki teacher I have talked with during a 30-minute trial lesson. She certainly is someone who could help me with my conversation skills.

I really enjoyed today’s lesson with Oyeko Sensei, and the time flew by. She is very patient and explains things very well; even though her English and my Japanese are both limited; she managed to help me understand the lesson. I think I’ll improve a great deal taking lessons from her.

I was a little nervous at the beginning of the lesson, but Oyeko Sensei was so patient and I soon felt comfortable. She assessed my skill level and showed me the materials she recommends, which look like they would be a good fit for me. The lesson was fun, and I think she is a good person from whom to learn Japanese.
