Hello! My name is Toni, and I'm your friendly Canadian teacher.
I've learned many languages, and I like sharing cultures.
My hobbies are languages, arts and crafts, music, movies, history, and literature.

J'ai appris plusieurs différent langues, et j'aime partager les cultures.

I'm a very easy-going, relaxed and encouraging teacher. I give students a safe space to practice and make lots of mistakes (mistakes are beautiful!), and we work together on your language skills. I'm a little silly sometimes, because I believe laughter is a great way to remember a language. 我的課程內容與教學風格
We can use textbooks in class, or have free conversation, and I do my best to tailor my lessons to your goals and needs, making worksheets and finding the right resources for you. We can practice all four skills or focus on one in particular (speaking, writing, listening, reading), and I can provide homework.我的教材

Toni made me feel so comfortable in the lesson. I am really afraid of speaking French but with her I felt I could make mistakes and it was ok. She's also very funny and makes conversations enjoyable.

My husband and I have just completed our second one-hour lesson with Toni learning French, and it's been a fantastic experience so far. Toni creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that makes learning feel natural and enjoyable. Always well-prepared with thoughtful materials, the lessons strike a great balance between structure and conversation. What really stands out is her ability to weave in cultural and historical context, so we are also learning about Canada along the way. Her kind and encouraging approach makes it easy to stay motivated and engaged.
