Hello everyone. I'm Toru. I was born and raised in Kyoto, Japan. I live in the Philippines now. I'm a Japanese teacher at several universities and a company in the Philippines. I like to travel and I've been to several countries. The places are Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Guam, Korea, Thailand, Cambodia, Turkey, China etc. I also like music, especially J-pop and K-pop, movies, anime, manga, etc. I am very fond of Japanese anime and manga, so I am sure we can have a conversation about them as well. I'm learning English and Filipino. I'm a professional Japanese teacher and a native Japanese speaker. I completed all the requirements of the Japanese Language Teacher Training Course (420 hours). I teach Japanese from 1st year to 4th year university students. I also teach Japanese to employees of a company. So I can teach Japanese at a variety of levels from beginner to advanced. I know that it's difficult to learn a foreign language, but I will be your teacher, so you can ask me everything about Japanese and also Japanese culture. I am also learning English and Filipino, so I can understand your feelings about learning another language. Since I lived in Kyoto and Osaka, Japan, I can also teach the Kansai dialect. In my lesson, we will do Conversation, Grammar, Listening, Reading comprehension, Preparation for JLPT, etc. Please inform me what you want to do or learn. I will give you feedback. I'm a friendly person, so we would enjoy our lessons.
