Dank ihr habe ich in kurzer Zeit große Fortschritte gemacht – sowohl im Sprechen als auch im Verstehen. Ekim is just the most excellent. Lessons with Ekim are a blast, a highlight of my week, and I learn so much. After a lesson, I feel seen, heard, and held in my progress, challenged in all the right ways, delighted and excited to keep learning.

Ekim is one of the best teachers I’ve had both on and off italki. They have a unique way of explaining things (in Turkish too!) and helping to explain complex topics in a measured and clear way. Even with difficult Turkish grammar explanations, lessons are always light and fun and it is a pleasure to keep learning :)

Ekim totally fits my needs. I am very motivated to learn Turkish, so I don't want someone who explains everything in English. Instead, Ekim knows my level well enough to know when to push me to explain myself in Turkish and when to just say the English word because there was 0 chance I knew that Turkish word.
