Ciao, sono Marco. I’ve been teaching Italian professionally for more than 6 years, online and offline.
Teaching is just my lifestyle exactly as you don’t practise yoga or ride you Harley, you just are a yogi or a biker inside : D. I've had students 18-86 years old and of about 40 nationalities so far. The best is when students remind me how beautiful and melodic Italian is. And their eyes shining, it’s an extra gift! I’m very calm and informal and I like you to feel comfortable since the beginning. I like to smile and enjoy the class but I’m also able to guide you with extra tips, encourage to a part of self-study. As an official examiner I can prepare you for Certificates (CELI, CILS,PLIDA). I’m very respectful, and love every culture. It’s important to satisfy your needs: it’s useless to give you tons of “jobs vocabulary” if you want to spend an holiday chilling in the sunny Italy. My different backgrounds help me today: my education in cinema, media studies and advertising helps me in “building” an effective message transmission. Having worked in web design gives me IT and creative skills. Classical Studies (Latin and Greek) give me etymology and a 360 view on the language.我的課程內容與教學風格

You’ll be happy when you see first results.I’m happy about any topic, expecially yours, because what is relevant for you is retained by mind and rewarding.I use any kind of lesson material, including real objects (for beginners), miming, audio-video files, etc. I’ll correct your mistakes,at the end, not to stop your flow.Finally, it’s not just giving you correct words. I have completed my first 9 lessons with Marco and they have been fantastic. He is a great teacher who puts you at ease and takes time to answer any and all questions. The lessons have been all been fun and interactive and I feel more confident with my Italian each week. I will continue my lessons with him for as long as I can and I highly recommend him as a teacher!

Today we learned about prefixes! It was super interesting and useful and Marco explained everything very clearly as usual. I realized that by learning the theory I can also make use of some knowledge of English to build my Italian vocabulary. Couldn't be happier! Thank you.
