Hi there! 👋
I’m a native Korean speaker born and raised in Seoul. 🇰🇷 I have over 5 years of teaching experience, primarily with Korean students, but I’ve also taught math to middle schoolers in New Zealand 🇳🇿 and an elementary student from the U.S. 🇺🇸.
I’m currently pursuing a Korean language teaching certificate 📜, which I will complete by 2025. I also love learning languages myself! 🌍 I started learning English in 2020 and have improved my IELTS score from 5.5 to 7.5 (from B1 to C1 level), thanks to the amazing teachers around the world 🌟. I’ve been teaching English to Korean learners of all levels for over 5 years 🗣️, with a focus on speaking, vocabulary, and building confidence. 💪
My students have included both adults and teenagers. I’ve also had the opportunity to teach math in English to students from New Zealand and the U.S., which has helped me understand how to teach across different cultures 🌏.

I use both standard Korean textbooks and customized PPT materials that I have created myself to support your learning.
Before each lesson, I ask a few simple questions to understand your goals, interests, and learning needs. Based on this, I provide a personalized lesson tailored just for you.
My lessons focus on a balance of grammar, vocabulary, and conversation practice. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve your fluency, I adapt the pace and content to suit your level. I aim to create a relaxed, supportive learning environment where you can feel comfortable making mistakes and building confidence step by step.
