¡Hola! Mi nombre es Ximena. Nací y vivo en Buenos Aires - Argentina, pero me encanta viajar y lo hago siempre que puedo. Viví casi un año muy cerca de Denver, Colorado y también un tiempo en México. Recientemente renuncié a mi trabajo de tiempo completo en una escuela y ahora me dedico 100% a trabajar online y viajar. Aprender y enseñar idiomas es algo que disfruto muchísimo.
Hi! I'm Ximena. I'm from and live in Buenos Aires - Argentina, but I love travelling and I travel as much as possible every time I have days off. I've recently quit my full time job in a school and now I spend my days working remotely and travelling as much as I can.

Trabajo como maestra de idiomas hace más de 7 años. Tengo experiencia con alumnos y alumnas de 3 a 80 años.
Solía trabajar de manera presencial en una escuela por la mañana y la tarde, pero actualmente me dedico 100% a enseñar español de manera online.
I've been working as a language teacher for more than 7 years now. I have experience with students aged 3 to 80.

Estoy convencida de que aprender a través de juegos y actividades significativas es clave para aprender cualquier cosa. Y aprender un idioma no es la excepción.
Mis clases son personalizadas y me considero una docente muy flexible que está atenta a las necesidades de sus alumnos y alumnas.
I strongly believe learning through games and meaningful activities is the key to learn anything. And learning a new language isn't the exception!

Xime is one of the most talented teachers on italki. Her experience teaching a second language will be apparent from the first class. She speaks English fluently, and you can ask her subtle questions that you might not be able to form in Spanish. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my first lesson with Ximena. I like the way she used the google doc so the lesson flowed and stayed on topic, but I can go back later and review. I find this method very effective.
