As my French lessons have progressed, and the information has become more challenging, Delphine has continued to display extraordinary patience -- !! -- honestly, she is so reassuring which is key; if you're like me, and can feel embarrassed sometimes in the struggle to learn something new. She has total confidence that I will learn this, and remarkably, I DO eventually learn it. When I feel overwhelmed, she meets me where I am, and offers practical advice for dissecting the concept that's tripping me up. Delphine also keeps a huge library of documents/charts/diagrams that bring greater insight into ANY French nuance can imagine. With time, I am confident that I WILL reach level B2! :).
