Hello! My name is Chiyomi🍃
I have been living in Indonesia for 17 years. I moved to Indonesia after retiring from my previous job. I know how difficult—and exciting—learning a new language is. And I understand that living abroad as a foreigner. I help you talk in your way in your Japanese.
In my lessons, I focus on natural expressions you can use in real life. I love making our time together enjoyable and effective. I am happy to support A1 to B2 students who want more confidence.
In my free time, I enjoy a slow life with gardening and snorkeling. This relaxed energy is like my teaching style. Let’s enjoy the process of improving your speaking skills together! 🍃我的教學經歷

Chiyomi’s lessons have been very useful in my language learning journey. Although I have some familiarity from solo learning grammar points, having to use them on the spot in speech has been very challenging. Chiyomi has guided me to be able to construct sentences with new grammar points and mixes in general chat with text book learning that keeps a structure and a naturalness to our lessons.
