Hello! My name is Claire, and I’m a qualified English teacher from the south of England, near Brighton. I hold a degree in Creative Writing from the University of Bath, and I’m currently based in Malaysia, where I teach English to students of various ages and backgrounds.
I’m passionate about helping learners build confidence in their English skills, whether for school, work, travel, or personal growth. I believe that learning should be engaging, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs.
Outside the classroom, I love spending time by the sea, reading, cooking and baking, and enjoying a good film or TV show. I look forward to helping you on your English journey.我的教學經歷
I have been teaching English for over 10 years and have worked in five different countries. I’m passionate about education and have experience teaching students of all ages and proficiency levels—from complete beginners to advanced learners. My lessons cover general English, fluency development, and exam preparation.
I’m a former trained Cambridge Speaking Examiner for A2 Key, B1 Preliminary, B2 First, and C1 Advanced, and I’ve successfully helped many students prepare for these exams. I also have extensive experience preparing learners for IELTS and IGCSE ESL exams, with a strong focus on building confidence and achieving targeted results.我的課程內容與教學風格
