Welcome! I’m Yacine, your guide to Arabic, French, and Quranic recitation.
As a native Algerian speaker, I specialize in helping students master Modern Standard Arabic, the lively Algerian dialect, and French through dynamic conversations. With 10+ years of teaching (3+ on italki), I adapt to all levels—whether you’re a beginner or refining fluency.
Beyond languages, I’m a Hafiz and Quran teacher, offering Tajweed lessons and Islamic insights with patience and cultural warmth. My tech background (as a computer engineer) adds a structured, logical approach to lessons—perfect for analytical learners!

I'm a native Algerian speaker, so I'm comfortable with either Arabic, French, or English, you just need to enjoy our lesson with any language you feel comfortable with. I aim to make my lessons fun and interactive. I am a very patient and compassionate teacher. I encourage you to make mistakes. Since mistakes are signs of learning. I am knowledgeable about many different topics. I look forward to learning something new from you also, since it will allow us to have many topics to practice your language learning.
Every person learns differently, so my methods are not the same for everyone. However, I like the main conversational style that unconsciously and consciously involves people in the language deeply. Great first lesson. Gave me equal opportunity to speak and also listen to him speak which can’t be said for a lot of teachers. He also spoke to me in Algerian Arabic to me a lot rather than just only speaking English which helped me learn a lot.
