She's highly educated with a wonderful sense of humor and deep knowledge in various fields, such as literature, art, history, etc. Each class is like an hour of conversation with a best friend who understands you without words, as sometimes students cannot express their thoughts correctly. I have been working with Arezoo for over a year and in that time my Farsi has gone from A1 to roughly B2. I have greatly improved my knowledge of Farsi grammar, vocabulary and the culture of Iran. Arezoo is a wonderful teacher—kind, patient, and incredibly efficient. Even though I started with virtually no knowledge of Farsi, she had a well-structured beginner workbook that made learning the fundamentals feel approachable and easy to follow, and she even shared it with me afterward along with additional resources and materials so I could continue practicing on my own. We spent the lesson role-playing real conversations and applying the vocabulary and sentence structures we had just learned, and by the end of only one hour I could greet someone, say goodbye, and hold a very basic conversation. I was genuinely impressed by how much we accomplished in such a short time, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an encouraging, organized, and highly effective Farsi teacher.
