Had a fantastic lesson. Mariana is so great at giving examples and making complicated ideas make sense. I have such a better grasp now on por and para and when to use estaba or estuvo. Excited for our next lesson.

Mariana is friendly and enthusiastic about improving a student’s fluency. She is excellent at keeping a conversation flowing when a student is stuck or trying to move on to another subject. She will type out key phrases that a student has trouble with and she gives out a lot of great recommendations to improve. I highly recommend Mariana for first-time or returning italki users because I felt comfortable asking her to repeat herself and asking her lots of questions. I am looking forward to my next lesson with her.
