From teaching at a Canadian elementary school to current work at a Japanese language school, I adapt lessons to your goals. My specialty? **Kids** (with playful homework & progress reports) and **adults** craving practical, culture-rich learning.

Here are my 3 courses.
1: Kids - I use Smily Japanese “にこにこにほんご“a perfect Japanese curriculum designed for kids. We’ll start from simple words, then move on to making sentences, reading, writing, and fun activities.
YES! There will be assignments to help your child grow steadily.
2: Adult - I use “ IRODORI” a free download textbook. You’ll learn basic practical Japanese along with Japanese culture and everyday life situations.
3: Free talk (Intermediate and up) If you can already speak some Japanese, let's enjoy fun, relaxed conversation on various topics!

2: 大人ビギナー - フリーダウンロード教材の「いろどり」を使って、使える日本語を学びます。

日本語教師公立小学校で１年間１年生から６年生まで教えていました。また、地域のコミュニティスクールでの和食の講師もやっていました。学習者さんが興味を持つポイントなども経験が生きると思います。

Yuko sensei is a wonderful teacher for my two boys. She's so patient and very clear in her instruction. I love that she has lessons planned and homework so they can continue to practice outside of class. Highly recommend. :)

Another happy lesson with Yuko sensei! Today we reviewed shapes and some hiragana in Japanese. Yuko sensei is always very patient and supportive. My kid enjoyed the lesson very much.
